Dometic AC Problems

I have a 2002 Cedar Creek 34RLBS I bought used last spring. The Dometic AC did not work (only thing I didn't check) but was in warranty and was replaced under warranty. It took most of the summer for the technician to get to me, but we were able to use the unit once last rear and twice this year thus far. We had planned a trip for mid-September so I went out and I hooked up the unit to power and checked all the appliances only to find out the Dometic AC is again out. This is two years in a row the AC has gone out mid-summer. Is this common with the Dometic AC?

These things are fickle. In our first FROG Rally in Goshen years ago, we watched the workers ripping ac’s off the roofs and tossing them like popcorn. Basically they are more easily replaced rather than repaired.
Later, at a subsequent FROG Rally, one of ours on our 2015 was replaced.
It’s the luck of the draw at least it seems that way☹️
