Dometic theromastat

Dometic thermostat for the last 2 plus years has, displayed the outside temp when the button is pushed.
This spring the AC was replaced with matching model and I no longer get an outside temp reading.
Talked to all parties involved and the answer is I should have never had this feature as it is a function of heat pump units only.
Am interested if there are other cold air only units out there that are displaying outside temp?

Is there anyone that has a AC (cold air only) that will display the outside temp on thermostat?

My unit will not and I have a 2016 Cedar Creek 34RL with front and rear AC only.

I've only seen them display set point and inside room temps.

I have 2 AC units and it does read the outside temp, while holding outside temp button in.
