I have a 36 CKTS with the 6 pt level up and noticed the rocking in the rear. I went to Harbor Freight and bought 2 of there RV scissor jacks for $26 each. End of problem.
As far as all this back an forth as too what is included and what is not and what is invoiced. Keep in mind that other manufacturers such as automobiles, make changes during the model year regularly. Both adding and deleting items. Its routine business. The literature, websites other documentation all list disclaimers that products are subject to change "without notice".
When I ordered my CC there were upgrades done by the factory that were not shown in the literature or listed on the invoice. They didn't turn around and try to charge me more. Would you have complained about that?
One other thing to keep in mind when you are posting your comments. The work that Cedar Creek will authorize "out of warranty" at no cost to you. I have had two such incidents with mine. One not very costly and one "very" costly. Should I tell them no, I will pay for it's because it is out of the "written" warranty period They don't have to do that but they do.
