Exceptional Customer Service From Cedar Creek

Recently we experienced problems with our Dometic Fridge in our 2012 35RE. We contacted Justin Day Warranty Rep with Cedar Creek. Justin immediately contacted our local RV dealership ( 25 miles away ). He arraigned for the dealership to set up a service call.

After the dealership ran a series of tests. it was determined the cooling unit on the fridge was faulty. Dometic overnight-ed a cooling unit to the dealership.

The next day we had our fridge returned and installed in the coach. This is incredible customer service by Cedar Creek, Dometic and the local RV dealership.
