Factory caulking

Does anyone know what is used to caulk the exterior items from factory. The stuff on my unit is clear but hard unlike any caulking I've seen before.

Mine is white and I would like to know the name of it and where to get it, CW doesn't carry it.

Geocel 2300........you can find it in any Roofing Supply store......should run you about 6 dollars and change for a caulking gun size tube.

Trevor do you know what will remove Geocel 2300 I have some that got smeared on the side of my trailer ? thanks

Because I have to remove some myself around my Fantastic Fan....from what I have found is that on a warm day.....a plastic scrapper and being paitent is in order......a hair dryer (not heat gun) will help warm it up and make it more pliable. After the bulk is gone.....I would use a polishing/wax to help get the residue off........one thing I would not do is get overly aggressive from the start. Let me know how it goes.
