Yes, I have a early 2014 Cedar Creek 34 RLSA and after one year the front and rear caps started to fade. Cedar Creek is WELL aware of this problem.
I took it back to my dealer and he followed the Cedar Creek procedure to buff it and apply a UV sealer. He said it took him twice as long to do it than the 11 hours Cedar Creek allows under the warranty fix.
I will have to say it looks great but we will have to wait and see if it will last. I just picked it up this morning.
Contact Cedar Creek and your dealer. This is a very labor intensive "fix" and my guess is that many dealers don't have the experience doing it, to do it properly.

Spock123, that is the way my Cedar Creek looked. It started on the top of the cap and as the months went by it continued down the front.
Looks good now that the dealer did the approved Cedar Creek "fix". Just hope it last, time will tell.

I talked to someone at Cedar Creek and they told it would work, Tom Johnson said it would take more time to fix than 11 hours but I don't know. Dealers have been known to run up the price to get something fixed when Forest River is paying the bill.

Dark brown and grey's are prone to faster oxidation. My 2015 Silverback is in right now for the FIX. Hopefully once corrected, better results will apply.
Make sure you received instructions of what you can clean the cap with and WHEN. You do not want to damage the process by applying something that may nullify all of the work and coating.
Like most of us, we like the color contrast with the Cedar Creek.

Our CC is going back to the factory in July and the front cap is on the list. Didn't know this was an issue, thanks.

IF you have the brown cap on the rear as well, have it checked. Starts along the very top. Silverback has a light colored rear cap.

I took mine in for another issue, minor. Svc writer spotted this fade.
I thought it was just dirty from a return trip from FL. WRONG O!
Being fixed right now.
