We just noticed that our freezer didnt kerp everything frozen on a trip today. The light bulb in it isnt working. We swapped it out with one from the fridge and it worked then.
I cant give the exact model number.
Any suggestions as to what it might be?
I thought maybe the inverter didnt work on the way down.

Did you swap the bulbs after you were back on shore power? How many hours did you travel without shore power? I would expect the inverter wasn't on or didn't work. Off subject, a cup of frozen water with a quarter on top will help you determine if your food would be suspect.

Yeah we swapped bulbs. It works in the fridge but not in the freezer. The ice tray was solid ice with a little liquid underneath it. Travel time was 7 hours.

It's made 3 ice cubes. You can hear it running and seems "cold" but icee pops are thawed and some are frozen. Smh what a way to finish our year camping.

So I went and bought 3 bags of ice, 2 for the freezer and 1 for the fridge. Now the light is working. I dont know if its cooling properly yet or not, but it's time for a drink.
