Fresh water tank problem

while we have had our 33ik since January and been using it ever since. We never tried to fill the fresh water tank. Since we live in the SF Bay Area we decided it would bea good idea to keep some fresh water onboard. So while filling the tank. I knew I was almost full the DW started hollering from inside to shut off the water and start draining the tank. So after I did this I came in to find the floor under the island bulged up 4-6". So with the tank mostly drained I dropped the belly cover from under the fresh tank and found that the vent line was kinked with a zip-tie holding the hose. I cut the zip-tie off and heard a "pshhhh" of escaping air. Got it all closed back up and the floor seems to back to normal. I did grab my 4' level out of my work truck to check and the island is back to the level.

So a bit stressful needless to say. Will try to add water again tomorrow. And yes they did put water in the tank during the PDI and walkthru just guess they didn't fill the tank. Just enough to test the water pump

Same thing happened to us but the vent hose had a kink in it when they made the loop. I think it was the end of the spool at the factory. I placed a small pex tube inside the hose. My floor did the same except I was only 1/4 full.

Is the fresh water tank directly over the axles or just behind them?
