Fresh Water Tank Sanitizing

The manual says to sanitize the fresh water tank by adding bleach through the fresh water connection. Says to just poor it in. Problem is there is a 90 behind the panel and the tubing goes up. The bleach would need to be under pressure to get it in there. Is there another way to poor bleach into a 2016 Silverback 31RK

On my unit I have an overflow tube but I have gravity feed inlet to fresh water tank....you should have an overflow and when filling with pressure from hose you should go slow to prevent what happen.....hope others with similar unit will chime in.

On my 2016 36CKTS, there is a tube to winterize. I would think, if you have the same thing, just add bleach through there.

Where did you get a manual? None came with mine, and I sure would like to have one.

U can download manuals off of c.c website but don't expect much info from them. One manual covers multiple models with varying options.

I dump bleach in the spigot end. That way the hose gets a taster.

You can also use an inexpensive turkey Baster available at a Dollar Store. Just squirt into a hose end while attached to fresh water intake.

I buy the gel bleach. It comes in a squirt bottle.
