My 2014 silverback 29 re had the same thing happen to it-I emailed Forest river with a photo and Henry sears sent me new ones and CW put them on when i had some warranty work done there.
I did have the cap fade and they authorized camping world to repaint it even though it was just out of warranty. I believe it is a common problem with that color cap but with it repainted it looks great. contact your dealer and see what they can arrange with F.R.
My 2015 33rl went from brown cap to 2016 Oyster cap. Mine faded 2x. That be enuff!! No more mocha for me unless it is a coffee!! FR paid for re do
On round 1, some 3 months later, bleed began again. I went north and they fixed me up.
Match is excellent.
