Furrion RV Oven

We completed our maiden voyage in our 2019 Silverback 37MBH this weekend. Learning all sorts of new stuff on this camper so I suspect I'll be posting questions to those more seasoned than I in these new gadgets.

In regards to the Furrion oven, it's a little frustrating to me compared to my old Magic Chef oven. Questions:
1) Does the fan always run? Mine does and just seems odd that it's always on when the oven is on. When you turn the oven off, the fan will run, stop and maybe startup again.
2) Temperature swings - Set it for 400, it will get there but drops to 360 and I have to manually go to the knob to get it going again. That's not good for baking!
3) The oven light worked the first time we used it .... came on automatically when I lit the oven. But after that first time, it no longer comes on. And I don't see a light on/off button.

Thoughts from those of you that have this oven?
