Just getting around to reading this thread. It sounds funny to most but I can tell you it wasn't funny for me. I had the same experience in my 2015 Salem CruiseLite and nobody was around. I beat on the shower door with my hand until it finally broke the latch. Took about 20 minutes. When I got home, the dealer said he'd have it replaced and I told them not to bother. I didn't want to take a chance it could happen again.

Since it's happened to several others, does anyone know if FR was advised? I was thinking of talking with them about it.

I've had the shower door come off the track and lock me inside. My latch wiggles around too much when I drive and the shower door will open up and start banging around. I tried adding velcro too keep it in place while driving. What do other people do about this? (I have a Solera 24S)

I'm sorry you were locked in but I'm not sure what you'd advise them of?

You need to make sure when entering the shower that the lock is hanging in the down position (see photo) rather than sticking up in the air where it could fall and lock accidentally.
