Help fridge leaning

Just drove 6 hrs and when we went to set up. The refrigerator is leaning forward. I have a 31RK. I can tilt it forward, but I can't move the front. It seems it is bolted down some how. I need to move it forward so I can see what's making it lean. Does anyone know what is holding the front of the refrigerator down?

Do you see any brackets on the floor when you open the door?? If so you many need to remove the brackets and pull it out to see what's going on. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Can you move it at all?

I can tilt it forward, so the rear of the unit is loose. But the front is not budging. There is a board under the front ahead of the wheels. But the head of the screws are being block by the bottom of the unit. Click image for larger version

Can you push the fridge back to access the screws?? If not you may need to empty and lift the fridge over the floor stop.

Update:

There is a board at the top rear of the refrigerator to hold it down. What happened was, while traveling the refrigerator tilted forward forcing the board to give just enough that it released it. When the refrigerator fell back, the board was now between the refrigerator and the wall. Preventing it from straighten out.

So all I had to do was unscrew the board and the refrigerator fell back into place. I replaced the board on top of the refrigerator and all is back to normal now. Thanks to all who tried to help.

Had the same problem with the same setup as you. Took it to the dealer and they added another brace to secure the back of the fridge.

I've also had problems with the drawers opening and the steps coming out on rough roads. Bungee cords have been my best friend lately.

That's what I thought the solution would be. Thanks!

I also have a 31rk and my frig also has a bracket screwed I to frame of frig and into solid wood of cabinet on the hinge Side of the frig. But from your pics I see you diffinitly don't have that and with that said it might help keep your frig from moving about. You would think the factory would get them semi close to being built the same.
