Ice maker on fridge
Took our first trip in our new CC 36CKTS and could never figure out how to get the ice maker to work. We lowered the wire bar on the ice maker itself which is supposed to turn it on but nothing. Need help. What am I missing?

Typically there is an in series shut off valve in the water line. Mine is a push/pull type valve and is located in the external access area.

There are other post on the forum for this. A quick search might give you more specific details. One my 36CKTS it is located along the frame near the axles. Should be a little valve you turn. Please don't ask why its there, all of us have with no answer

The push/pull knob for mine is at the back underneath behind the tires street side.

X2. I found mine with help of the Forum and went outside at night while camping. Flashlight and all but not long after, I had ice!

I guess we must be blind and both my husband and I have looked for this tubing to turn on and still can't find it to turn on the ice maker. :-(

My worked then we moved the trailer and it no longer will make ice, tried the push pull knob but still no luck. Ours was behind the rear tire on the driver side.

X2 - that's the genera location of mine too.
Lpritchard, send me a PM and maybe we can exchange phone numbers and I try to talk you guys thru it. Been a while since I looked at mine. But if I recall it is a little white knob that I think I hat to push in to make it work. I had to get in under the slide near the wheel to get to it.

mine worked on my 2013 36CKTS than stopped but I later found out that the water lines on some were not installed correctly and fell off leaking water .

I am not seeing any water on the carpet or around the outside. I would think you would. Did you have to pull out the refrigerator to check it? I love the layout of the CKTS, but hate the lack of access panel's. If I drop anything behind the tv it is there to stay. Lol

Hi Wayne, thanks for helping me find where to turn on the ice maker. 
This is a lever. Would this be it?
This is the 2nd option and the white knob seems to screw down. Not a push/pull option.
Both of these are behind back tire drivers side.

The second photo is the one for the ice maker. The first one drains the fresh water tank.

If you can't get close enough to see the top of the valve can you use a mirror to see if there is instructions indented on the top. That type of valve is typically a push/pull type. Mine is very hard to actuate (push/pull). Maybe not.

Sorry for the delay in responding - had business meetings and late dinner and drinks at work!
Glad you found the valve ; yep, that 2nd picture was the one -sterlingsilver was spot on. As I recall, it is a push/pull deal, and it needs to be pushed in for it to work. Hard to tell from your pics, but it almost looks like some of that black tubing is in the way. If you have enough play in the line, CAREFULLY make sure they are not blocking each other and then push in firmly on the end of the white knob. Worked like a charm for me afterwards - never a problem running out of ice!
Let us know how it goes. I'm taking the CC out this weekend so I can take another look at things and touch base if need be.
