insulation in storage compartment

Just wondering if there is supposed to be any insulation covering the exposed sub-floor in the pass thru storage compartment, my 2010 36RE has none, just exposed metal floor studs and plywood. seems odd they would not insulate this area as it gets cold enough to hang meat in there during the summer and I have both A/C running.

Same with my Cedar Creek. I simply went to Lowes, bought a couple of sheets of foil backed foam insulation and some spray on glue. Cut and fit them into place. Double layered it. Don't really know if it made a big difference, but it sure cant hurt either. Cost me next to nothing depending on the thickness about 10 dollars a sheet.
