I could not figure it out, I took the battery cables loose and charged the battery's with a 40amp charger and when I hooked the battery's back up I still got a error code. That's when I started to look and all four batteries were not hooked up, not to gather anyway.

Yep. I've already sent an email to Jeff at Cedar Creek this morning. I'll here from him tomorrow.

I hooked the batteries up right and the inverter works. You might Google the 12 volt side of life, I think that's it, anyway it's just like the diagram says on the camper. If the batteries are hooked up in series but not parallel then you have two 12 volt batteries, when hooked up in parallel you have one 12 volt battery with four six volt batteries. Tom Johnson told me first to look behind the bulkhead and disconnect the red wire and leave it off for ten seconds and then connect the red wire back and the inverter would reset itself but it would not because without the batteries being hooked up in parallel the series the inverter was hooked up to was not being charged. When everything is hooked up right what you really have is one big 12 volt battery

One important thing when you hook the series up in parallel to make 12 volt hook up the hot or plus side first then the negative side, that way no sparks or short

I would put a cut-off switch:
Battery -> inverter
Battery -> rv power distribution system
Solar Panels -> Charge Controller
This would eliminate any possible damage while making connections

I thought the batteries had got to weak and I had a nice battery charger that I could hook them up too and put life back in the batteries.

Per Jeff at Cedar Creek.
The inverter is bad. He is sending me a new one.

On the older converters the E04 code meant low input voltage. On the new ones it is an internal issue that requires replacement.
Jeff the man I talk with at Cedar Creek really knows his stuff.

On my inverter I got error E04 but when I took the cable off the E04 code went away and later the error code E02 came on but when I hooked the batteries right the error code E02 went away

Interesting. I received a low voltage on mine this past weekend. I have a digital metered installed in the bay which showed 13.6 volts and the inverter read low voltage. Worked fine and showed 112 volts. Guess I need to look for an error code. When we picked up the coach on December 31st the dealer had to replace the inverter due to being faulty. Might have another faulty inverter.

On ours the dealer when they installed the batteries, they hooked up in series but failed to hook up in parallel. Facing the batteries. The 2 on the left read 6.5 volts each the 2 on the left read 5.3 volts each. The 5.3 v batteries. Were the ones they had the inverter hooked up to. The fully charged were hooked up to the converter. The dealers tech hooked them up at pdi and took hime 4 hrs. He didn't. Know what he was doing.

I have heard many stories of dealers who don't know how to correctly configure the batteries
