Sure! You need to have a meter, set it to the 20 DC.
1.) At the back of the inverter (RV Power unplugged from shore) jump between the battery Red and Black cable, take reading. Plug RV in, perform same test record reading.
2.) Using an Allen wrench, disconnect the black battery cable from back of inverter, test the voltage between the lug and cable, record voltage, reconnect
When I gave the readings to tech support it showed my connections and batteries were good, all were at 13+, at that time he said it was bad and to fill out a warranty return and FAX (yes fax) it in. Also, if you fill out the credit card slip it will expedite the shipment.
