With the one HDMI input now taken up on the back of the television, how do I get a cable television connection? I guess I could use the component RCA cables (red, green, blue, yellow) to connect the DISH box to the television but that seems like a huge hassle.
If the television had two or more HDMI inputs, there would be no connection issues.

Im just curious, if you have a Dish connected and programming, why do you also want to hook up cable TV? It seems to me one duplicates the other.
That being said, have you tried using a splitter where the cable and/or dish connects to the outside of the camper. You could then hook up both input cables to there. You can't watch both but by turning on only one receiver at a time, you would have both options
