Junction Box for Pigtail Connection 38EL

Anyone have a diagram for a junction box/pigtail connection for a 2017 38EL?

Not sure exactly what it is you are asking? Which junction box? The transfer switch junction box in the compartment where a generator would be installed?
Or are you looking at how to wire a pigtail receptacle into a 50 amp power supply box?

List the amperage of what you are requiring please.

Pigtail to junction box at king pin

There is a junction box at the king pin where the pigtail from the truck attaches. Not all wires are color coded the same.

This link shows the common wiring schematics for a RV seven way pigtail.

There is a lot going on inside the metal pigtail box where the wire to the truck (pigtail) connects to the camper regardless of 5th wheel or travel trailer.

While the wire color of the pigtail itself is pretty standard across the industry, the colors used on the camper side change according to the winds it seems.

If you ever do a factory visit, you will find that the camper wiring colors vary only by amperage rating and used for just about everything.

For a example, all running, brake, and turn signal wires may be white paired with a white with green stripe.

If you take off the cover and spread everything apart, take careful note of what is connected to the color coded pigtail wiring and, using masking tape, label the camper side wires as to what they are.

I needed to fix an open ground wire in that box and let me tell you it was an experience.
