We have had some major issues (two major water leaks - shower first and then toilet , two hydraulic connection leaks - one which soaked the insulation under the RV with hydraulic fluid), and one major electrical issue by a faulty junction box with our 2014 Cedar Creek 32RL. Although getting things repaired has been a pain, so far Cedar Creek has taken care of everything - we think. The toilet leak had to be repaired while we were on the road and the RV shop Cedar Creek recommended would not do it under warranty. We are waiting for Cedar Creek to reimburse us (they said they would). We really like the RV, but the number of major problems (and several minor issues) has been very frustrating.

dieselguy ,
We have a 2015 Silverback 33IK that we bought last February and as a whole I am very happy with the unit and haven't had any big issues with the workman ship and quality. But by all means stick to your guns. If I were you I would ask them to get another unit. Some of the things you say are wrong can not be repaired very easily or not at all.
