I had that problem on 2 other brands. None on the Creek. One was caused by a poorly mount window frame. I was not squared up. You can check that possibility with a small level. The fix is either remount or replace the entire unit. The second was a warped screen frame. You can check that by laying on a counter with the clips up. They can be carefully bent back into shape if they are warped. or, if it's minor, you might want to consider some self adhesive foam tape on clip side of the screen frame. You will not see it and it will solve the invasion issue. These are not machined surfaces so there can be gaps. Also, you can check to see that the clips are fully engaging in the slots. They can be adjusted with some needle nose pliers. Hope this helps.
