Low water flow on stream good flow when on shower strainer is not stopped up is there a water restriction device this is the tall kitchen facuet

(Added some punctuation so I could better understand the problem. Hope I got it right.

There is a restrictor in the faucet. It should be in the aerator in the end of the spout. Unscrew it and clean it out. You may want to take a few pictures as you disassemble it, because it can be a bit of a pain to figure out how it goes back together. Of course you could always just leave it out.

Post a picture of the faucet and I can probably tell you exactly where it is.

Check under the sink. The weight holding down the hose had the hose kinked in certain positions. I adjusted the weight and it solved the poor flow problem. If this makes no sense, PM me and I'll do a better job of explaining.

The flow restrictor is that solid looking white piece on the right of the top pics. Personally I'd just leave it out and put the rest of it back together.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but it should have a small hole or series of holes in it.
