There are two adjustments that can be made on the ends of the geared tubes. One has a "syncronizer". There are also two nuts on the end of the ram that control the in and out distance. So the first thing you need to determine is if the slide is all the way out. To do that you need only look at the end of the slide behind the facia on the inside. At that point, I can suggest how to proceed. Meanwhile, I would be remiss if I did not caution you about doing this yourself. Since your slide has your kitchen in it, it is very heavy and adjusting it may be dangerous. You also will need some "truck size" tools and a bucket full of KSA's to do this safely.
