Leak in level up system?

When I went out this morning, I noticed my Cedar Creek 34RLSA was nose down, with the front jacks completely retracted. A few weeks ago, I had noticed it was slightly low, and relabeled it. I've never had this happen before. I have the camper hooked up to power. I'm wondering if I have a hydraulic leak (no signs of oil on the concrete) or if perhaps something else is going on (possibly bad check valve?). Anyone had this happen, and if so, what was the cause? I'll probably take it in for service sometime in the next few weeks, but I always like to have the problem diagnosed before I take it in for service.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Have you monitored the level of fluid in the hydraulic reservoir? Once you have it level, put a tape mark on the tank where the fluid level is. If it stays at the same level and still drops, there is likely a leak. it the level rises, it is pushing back to the tank and would indicate a bad valve or pump.

Lippert has a website devoted to hands on owner diagnosis. In addition to valleyduo's advise, you could have a valve that has the manual over ride not seated or you could have a cylinder that has the piston seals leaking. With the nose being about the heaviest, either one of my guesses could result in it what you describe as well. If you do test your landing gear cylinders … follow instructions carefully and block up the frame in front. Removing the wrong line will result in taking an oil bath and the fiver kneeling rapidly.

I've had great results for myself and friends talking to the Lippert tech support line. Lippert has sent me jacks and one control board free of charge on out of warranty systems after helping me diagnose the problem.

If you don't see any hydraulic fluid from an external leak, then I would think it's either an internal seal or the front jack's valve allowing fluid to leak back.

Let us know what the problem is so we all can be informed. Thanks and good luck!
