Level up Zero Point Setting

We just went for our first weekend break in trip in our 2018 33ik. Very happy with how it all worked. There is a few tweaks and changes but nothing concerning. I did however find my unit to be a little off level front to back after using the auto level system, which by the way is the best thing since sliced bread. I scoured the internet for information on how to reset the level point and I couldn't get the controller to take me there. The manual indicates to tap the connect icon 6 times fast. This unit comes with the RV connect screen and the new exterior controller with no screen so information on the old system doesn't help. Anyone else out there had experience with this?

We bought a 2017 33IK and it has the "Unity" level up system. Lippert sent me the operating manual for this model and I'll try to attach it to this thread.

...and make sure you download the "OneContol" app to your phone. When that little red light starts flashing on the outside control panel (...indicating a system "Fault") the app makes it very easy to clear it.

Jerry

I did down load the app but I am also having no luck in figuring out how to connect the controller to it. I found the control unit with the antenna in the storage area but there is no wifi or Bluetooth or router name to connect to. How did yours hook up?

It's been 3-months, and I only had to manually connect to the system that one time. The RV WiFi name was visible on my phone and the password needed was on a sticker with all the other manuals in the drawer under the stove. My app now automatically connects when I'm near the RV. Sounds like there may not be power to your router. I'll see if I can find more info for you.

... page 10 of the Unity Owner's Manual has the instructions to connect to the system.

I just got off the phone with Cedar Creek customer service and a factory tech and it turns out that the factory isn't installing the wifi router or wireless module in 2018 models. They are puzzled on why I can't access the set up mode. They have a call in to Lippert for tech support. I will keep everyone posted. Kelly at the factory was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Can't answer your original question, but I unplugged the MyRV system and wish it had never been installed. Many threads here on how useless it is.

Unfortunately with the 3.0 system you need the touch pad to control the individual jacks as the touch pad outside has just the basic functionality
