Looking for Ideas

We have a 2014 Cedar Creek 32RL. The couch is located in the rear of the RV and has small "end tables" that are about 6" wide and 24" deep. The end tables are actually created with a top and a front panel that fit between the wall and the couch arm. Beneath the "table top" is an open area that is inaccessible. I am looking for a way to access this area for storage. I don't think the front panel (about 6" wide and 24" high) is large enough for putting in a door.

I will appreciate any ideas of ways to access this area.

Check Home Depot for an upper cabinet door.

Could you remove the top, and then put it on a hinge?

Is that little tiny space worth the hassle of tearing it apart??? Seems like more work than you will get back in future usage of such a small space...just my 2 cents

Drill a hole in the top for emptied beer cans.

Our 2014 Cedar Creek Silverback 33RL has nice end tables with doors that open on both ends of our couch which is also at the rear....don't know if color and style would match but maybe you could order from FR and install what comes in our model...would have to do some measuring too.

Ditto on the end tables. We have same on 2015 Silverback 33rl. We always have small items to stow in these ends. Keeps small stuff secure.
Doors make the stowage presentable. As neat nicks, first appearance makes a difference for
us.
For years with our 2011 5er, we spent an hour setting "stuff" up and then down each overnight😣. Don't do that anymore. Less than 30 minutes from "let's get moving" to "bye"!
