Same phone numbers, just different folks on the other end. Mike Antal is the one taking care of the service center, and easy to talk with, 260-593-2326. Also Bobby Bradley, who has been there for a long while, is over the service center, parts and warranty. They have cut back personal, and they are all doing more. You may not get an phone answered, but leave a message and they will get back quickly. Worst case, call the main factory number and ask for them by name.

Hope this helps helps and God bless,
Mike

Regarding parts... I went to the link but didn't see where to order parts.

Do have a direct link?

Thanks

That is the direct link. Way down on the bottom of the page is a "Dealer Login" button. Go there and create a new account for the Online Parts Ordering System.

What if you are not a dealer? Can anyone do this. That would sure simplify things.

Thanks for the info.

Is the personnel changes cuts or turnover? CC used to brag about the low turnover!

Depending upon where you live, Mike Combs, 509-961-7702, was a big help when it came to what options were available when we ordered or CC. He deals with CC only and will also advise you about warranty issues.

CC's low turnover is in the factory. The Management / Staff get promoted up and out. Career path is the causal factor.

I emailed Jeff Holmes at Cedar Creek today and he email Jeff Richardson, the parts guy. His reply was that only dealers and service centers can order parts online.

Dat's kinda what I figured.. Woulda been pretty cool tho. I watched over the shoulder of the parts guy at my dealer once and they have an impressing application with all the pieces parts showing, kinda like a schematic or blue print. Even that drawing alone would be pretty cool.
