It is my understanding that any Forest River dealer can handle warranty issues on your new Cottage - even if they are prohibited from selling this particular model of RV in your area. Case in point, the local RV dealership in MN sells Forest River trailers, but is not authorized to sell the Cottage. However, he will perform warranty service on my new 40CCK purchased from an out-of-state dealer.

We have ours parked in a campground in PA. On a mountain we haven't had any major problems with the cck, we love it. We cannot wait til March when the campground opens and we can spend quality time in it.

We now have 10 months under the belt and other than a couple irritants we are very pleased. F.R. Danette has been outstanding. If only Lazy Days were as good at customer service.

We ordered the CCK in early December and we can't wait for it to be delivered and set up. We are so excited.

Charcol thank you. The dealer did not have one on site for us to look at but he took us through different RVs showing us what the cottage will have. We watched all the virtual videos so hopefully it will be as good as those viedos.
