Let me jump on this.
Similar problem but different. My 2015 cottage has been here 2 weeks. I have an additional ceiling fan in bedroom ( just like living room one)
The fan lights works but the fan just stopped????
Also only one outside speaker works??
Any ideas.

Just following up to the post I made regarding the microwave outlet not working.

I found the problem with the microwave outlet. There is a back cover on the outlet to protect the connections from anything else in the wall and it appears that the cover sheered one of the wires off. At first, it looked like everything was intact however it was broken about 1.5" back from the connection.

I have had serious trouble with mine, we like the layout, but have had serious problems.

Same problem with GFI in bathroom that then feeds most of the livingroom about 10or 12 outlets on 15 amp breaker

I had similar problem. The GFI in the bathroom was wired wrong. This was on a Silverback 31RK.It would knock out half the plugs in the living and kitchen area. It would work for a while then trip everything. After replacing the GFI twice, the third technician figured out it was wired wrong. Instead of white wires on one side and black on the other, one set of wires were reversed. Hope this is helpful.
