New backsplash on Silverback

I just finished installing a kitchen backsplash in my silverback 29re. It's simulated tile.

Looks really nice! Is that a microwave in the second picture? Being a short girl I haven't had a view from above.

New backsplash on Silverback

That looks really good. So much so that I'm heading back to Lowes at the weekend with the metal tiles I'd bought to match the two installed by Cedar Creek and switching them out for something similar to the ones you installed. Nice job.

We can only get them at Home Depot here in NW Ohio....not carried by Lowe's - you can also find them on Ebay

Hmmm, just been checking on a variety of places near Calgary and it looks like I can get them at almost any major hardware store. Apparently, they're also made in Canada too. But this does make a change. Normally I'm tracking down friends traveling to the US and asking if they'll bring my RV bits back with them. I'm. Certainly going to have a crack at installing these. For what the OP has shown me it looks to give a more polished finish to the kitchen and bathroom than the two Steele finish tiles I have there now. Thanks for the inspiration.

Looking REALLY sharp!! Are those the ceramic/mirror tiles I see at Lowes? (they come pre-affixed to a mat and, I assume, all you have to do is slap on the adheasive and set em up )

They are the smart tiles available at home depot. They are almost like wall paper but are three-dimensional. And they look like real tiles. are perfect for a trailer because they're lite

Great Job! Looks fantastic. What type of material are the tiles made from and how are they attached to the wall? I have wanted to do the inside and outside kitchens in our hemisphere. Any info would be great.

Did you get the tiles at the stick and brick or order them from Home Depot online? I wanted to look at them but our local store said they were only available online.

Wow. I like those. My trailer has the simulated tile wallpaper as a backsplash, but that looks way better. Will definitely consider doing that.

Looks great, how many boxes/sheets did it take. Did you have to do anything special to the outlets or wall switches?
Thanks for sharing!
