New CC Champagne 38EL

Does anyone have better info or Manual on how the entertainment center operates?
Specifically the new trailer came with a generic OEM for all Forest River. Nothing on line.
Does the 60" TV move out? Can't see the mount or what type? Fixed, Articulating etc?
There is a HDMI wall input which I can't get to because the flat screen is in the way. Where does that input feed?
The King DTV antennae digital meter doesn't seem to work, There is supposed to be a switch on the side, nothing. I couldn't find anything on King's website.
Very poor Manual for trailer! Someone threw everything into a bag. The Manufacturer data sheet with each item listed is but serial numbers are hand written and not very legible.

In all TT's we have had so far, in addition to the overall MFG's manual we have also received individual component manuals from the MFG's of those components. If you did not receive them, I would be asking the dealer to supply them to you. In the mean time hopefully someone can answer your question directly to get you started.

Yeah we got a lot of individual manuals and a generic Forest River Manual which was written to cover all their products. Nothing on the Mount or anything helpful as to how this specific entertainment center works. Have e-mailed CC and the RV Dealer.
Thanks

The dealer did not explain it all to you? Heck of a good dealer you picked there! Sorry, could not resist. Dealers are suppose to go through all that stuff with you on PDI. If you cannot figure it out maybe find an audio/video shop to come out and set you up.

I found a good audio and video man almost by accident. I have had the Cedar Creek for more than a year and could not get the tv to play through the speakers and I hired him to install the Direct Trav'ler and he got everything to working with the sound.

You are lucky the dealer put all the manufacturer info into a bag. Many of us had to play hid and seek thru the unit to find all the info. BTW I do not believe that the large TV moves.

We have had our champagne 38el for 3 days and are just figuring things out. I did take the 60 inch TV off of The wall. WARNING. this is very difficult since the TV is so heavy. The TV is attached to a fixed mount. To release the tv from the wall mount, two spring loaded buttons must be pressed and held in then the bottom of the tv pulled out. CAUTION. This releases the weight of the tv on you and it is very heavy. When the tv is lowered, the top releases. To remount the tv, first slip the top of the tv mount under the lip of the wall mount and then push the bottom of the tv toward the wall until you hear the two spring loaded buttons engage with a click. It helped me to wiggle the tv side to side a little to get the buttons to engage. This process is really difficult because of weight and close working space. I put pads under the corners to keep from scratching the cabinet. The two release buttons are located on the bottom of the wall mount directly behind the center of the TV. I found them using a mirror and flashlight and looking under the TV.

I didn't find the manual for the Jensen JWM9A in the RV. I did locate one online. There is an E manual for the Samsung TV available by pushing a button on the remote.

My TV antenna did not have the electronics installed when it reached the dealer. The dealer took parts from a new antenna box and installed them on mine. There is an off/on switch located on the side of the base. Hope this helps.

Thanks. That was extremely helpful. I saw the two spring loaded balls. I have long arms but can't reach them. So I'll leave it alone.

My King DTV antennae also came without the switch on the side and signal strength indicator. Wonder why King would ship it this way, they don't even show this model on their site.
Thanks
