New Silverback battery

Okay, have 2015 long can a battery keep a full charge in storage with battery disconnected and key pulled out? Twice we have gone to storage after 5 or 6 days and battery reads 2/3 full. Then we hook to truck and recharge. If I left it for longer I think it would be dead. How long should I be able to store with this brand new interstate battery that is disconnected so nothing can drain it! Thanks any info would this thing defective?

something is wrong if you are turning off the disconnect and it is still draining the battery. i leave mine in with disconnect turned off for 6 months all winter and they still show full charge in the spring.
