Curious why you traded the Jayco, other than more room? Heck I'd have probably traded you my 2014 Silverback 35QB4. Looks like you got one of the early 14's.

We have 5 children and 8 grandkids....bought the Jayco WhiteHawk 30DSQB thinking we needed a bunkhouse for the grandkids......thinking we would have them along on camping trips...it didn't happen....with space in an RV at a premium, we had a room not being used....decided to focus more on our needs and moved up to the 5th wheel....much more suited for us to enjoy.

Great looking coach!!! I have the same one, only mine is a 2013. Looking at the picture I assume that has the gray exterior ? Not sure what the other differences are? We have just through a full season with it, 40 days camped give or take a couple. A few minor issues, mainly vendor supplied product issues. A couple things I observed over the year. Change the screws out to small flat head bolts that they use to hold the pistons under the master bed, counter sink them so they don't tear. Turn the rockers back to back in place or pull them away from wall so they don't break the plastic curtain holders. The other to make sure is the slide close off valves are labeled to the correct slide, I had that issue. FR sent me a new air mattress for the sleeper bed. All is good, everything worked perfectly like it was supposed to, very happy with ours. For us it was the right choice, best quality unit I have has since my 22 ft Sunline back in the 80' s.

We almost did the bunkhouse thing. I wanted the bh the wife didn't. Salesman convinced me not to. We made the right decision. The grandkids don't go often enough to justify the bh.

We have had bunkhouses since 2003 and just got rid of a 2010 Mountaineer 345DBQ. Got a 2014 Silverback 31RK. Have had some issues but think they are fixed now we hope. Most of the grandkids have their own campers now. Going to take care of our own needs now.

Congrats
We have same unit. 2015 model but early production. Picked ours up at end of April. Love the unit. We had a 2011 Keystone Outback 36ft 5er, triple slide bunkhouse which we bought new and enjoyed. Wanted a rear living and saw one similar at a show and had this one built for us. Towed it about 5,000 miles so far.
If you have any specific model questions, send me a PM.
Good luck and enjoy the difference in towing a fifth wheel!

Silverback
I love the grey. Many coaches and many mile. This has been the best. We have the BH setup. Same situation, grand kids. We decided on the 40'. Use HD3500 Crew to pull.
