Newbie Looking for Help
Hello. I'm looking for an Owner's Manual for a '05 Cedar Crest Silverback 29LRLBS. Can anyone point me to where I could obtain one? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Pete

The owners manuals are good basic information and believe it or not the information in my '92 Fleetwood Prowler wasn't much different from my 2013 Forest River Salem Hemisphere. That being said here's the link to download Forest River Owners Manuals. Forest River RV Customer Service

there is no such manual for your CC.
all FR and most RV manufacturers provide is a generic owner's manual.
it's not even RV-type specific, let alone model-specific or brand-specific.
you can download the generic manual from the FRF Library. it's listed above, on the green bar.
there's also downloadable manuals for appliances and other things.
IMHO, the FR manual isn't worth the time to download it.

The owners manuals that Forest River provides are generic in nature.
If you are looking for something specific you might try the manufacturers
website. As for the trailer itself, Cedar Creek only manufactures the structure.
In my opinion, the biggest mystery is the wiring. If you can't find what you need
you can search the forum and probably find it or post a new thread here. The more specificity you post the better the answers will be.

Thanks for the feedback on the Owner's Manuals. Even though I've owned a 5th wheel since 2000, I'm sure some of that "generic" info could serve a purpose. Actually I was looking for the specs on the rig, i.e. weight, height, length (is it really 29'), holding tank capacities, hot water tank size, what "LRLBS" stands for, etc., etc. I am very close to buying a pre-owned '05 Cedar Creek, and I'm attempting to do some due diligence prior to laying down the cash.

no FR owner's manual has that info. you need to Google it.
also try RVWeb.com's website. they list floorplans and specs for some older RV's.
