It's obvious your RV dealer did a crappy job of explaining the workings of your trailer during the PDI.

he may have, but very well could be my problem also, it was Dec 5th 2015, when I picked it up and did the PDI. I may have forgot it. I learned alot during this no hot water dealing, at least now I know how to winterrize the on demad heater.
