Yeah we usually try to check for open doors but on this rig you can not see the cabinet in behind the slide and there is no way to get there until the slide is open. We keep Velcro on the cabinet doors that mate up together but this one was in behind the slide. Gonna find something to help hold it closed....We have worried that this was gonna happen.....

I put Velcro straps on all cabinets that face each other but have not figured out how to hold the end ones shut... sure wish I had figured it out......

That's a great idea. we installed them stick-on backsplash squares from Lowe's behind the counter tops in our old camper. they come in all kind of decors- even rocks, bricks, glass-block design, etc...
And they would cover it up easy. you can cut them wit a box cutter.

Ok ...the spring latches may be a good option...but how do you open the cabinet....never seen one and don't know how they work....

We have a 29re with the rear overhead cabinets . I use a long bunge, mine have a loop on one end and a ball on the other.

I got the wall pulled back out...still has a crack that shows but it looks a lot better. Just lucky it is in the corner and the slide trim hides most of it, but I know it's there lol lol. I went out and got some strong magnets for cabinets, and I spread the tooth on the current latch to make it a lot stiffer to open...We don't get into the 2 cabinets on the ends too often so it will work out....
