Outside Satellite/Cable Connectors

I have a 2013 36 CKTS, and it has satellite and cable connectors above the passenger side cargo door. The satellite connector appears to be an RCA jack instead of a coax jack. Is this normal, and what do I use to connect to it?

TV. It has the Thule mount, DC plug, and the cable/satellite connections in the same area. I just put a TV in the cargo area and noticed the connector when hooking it up.

Doesn't sound normal. All the ones I've seen/had are coax.Click image for larger version

I have 2017 CKTS. I have one coax outside connection, nothing else. It's above the outside 110v receptacle to left of basement door on DS.

I have no idea where it goes. I don't use outdoor tv. Sorry.

Looks like a 12v cigarette lighter receptacle. As for the coax, you'll somehow have to find where the other end of the coax is for both of those connectors. Start in the wet bay.

Our outside TV "out" connection on the 2013 Puma had both RCA type jacks and coax for TV use.........

Yes - 12VDC on the right, coax for cable, and RCA for satellite. Both go into the wall, towards the bedroom.

First time I've seen an RCA plug for a satellite/cable/antenna input. I guess that's supposed to be fed video from a receiver/Jensen DVD player inside and audio thru the Jensen - is that the intent here?

I haven't pulled the bedroom TV out yet to check it out.

It is most likely output for an outdoor tv. Otherwise the 12v outlet wouldn't be there.

I agree... an output TO a tv.
That plate/outlet is likely fed from somewhere inside.

The RCA looks yellow. I believe that would be a video only. Seems a little strange. I would have expected to see 2 more for Audio.

If it's cable TV make sure to turn off the booster button

Looks like a hook up for a external 12 volt tv.
