X2 - I'd be more inclined to use standard picture hangers.

We use a screw at the top of the picture and Velcro at the bottom. When we install the picture we place the picture on the screw like any picture in your home and then pull down slightly and attach to the Velcro against the wall. We like to have the option to be able to remove and replace the picture since some of ours are photos
