Popping Lippert level up

The left rear cylinder of my Level Up system seemed to pop and make noises when set up and level. I went through the procedure Lippert approved to add
ANTI-STICTION FLUID. I added a quart of the Maxima #15 Fork Oil, following the procedure step by step. It did not seem to correct the problem. The bulletin 0295 rev. 7/16/13, says that a second quart may be needed.
Has anyone had this problem and did the stiction fluid help or correct the problem?

I had the same problem for a while 'til I ran into a fellow Cedar Creek owner who told me to use 6x6's for pads so that the struts were not extended so far. Haven't heard a pop since.....and also appears to have added extra stability

Is it a POP or creaking that you guys are hearing? Mine creaks when you walk over the area of the jack. I tried using some taller blocks so the jacks wouldn't extend as much and it did get better. I'm going to get some bigger blocks for this weekend and give it a try. The other thing that I have noticed is that after I auto level the street side tires are about an inch off the ground. About an hour later they are touching. I was also going to try the Maxima Fork Oil as per the LIP sheet.

Same problem here. It took 2 quarts of fork oil to cure the popping. 2nd quart also cleared up a cylinder seepage problem.
Also talked to a owner who cycled the system a dozen or more times, they claim it was air trapped in the system.

yes I have heard both, air in the system and adding forkoil, anti stickson, I added 1/2 qt to mine and cured the problem,i was parked for 2 mo and settled 2 in after adding fork oil no settling, I didn't know there was a TB on that, y doesn't the mfg just add fork oil at the factory, for mjuay that much leakage ,settling, is not normal, try auto leveling again to see what happens , it sounds like leakage in the system

I leveled again and there was little to no settling however there was still popping. I'm thinking it was settling due to air in the system. I then did the fork oil tsb. And added the second qt. The creaking and popping is gone. The question I have is about the fluid tank. Mine doesn't have a cap per say. It is more like a seal with a 3/4" hole in the top. Is everyone's like this?

All Level-Up systems are built by LCI and differ by application however I have never seen a reservoir without a cap. Keeping the contaminents out is essential so if you have a 3/4" hole I would think you are missing your cap. You might want to post in the Dynamax section and do include a photo.

If I recall correctly, the cap doesn't screw on it just pops in. Probably came off or was never on. Here is what mine looks like. Jerry Click image for larger version

I have the same 6 point level up system on my Sanibel and to date I have had no problems. But just in case I was wondering how I might get my hands on the service bulletin 0295 that you reverence here. Thanks
