Propane regulators used on Cedar Creeks

All of a sudden the Cavagna model 924N double stage propane regulator failed on my 2014 CC 34 RLSA. Not letting any propane through at first then when I tapped it with a small wench just a little propane would be released, barely enough to support a very weak flame on the stove. Was working fine the day before. Got 1 full tank and 1/2 tank on the service tank. I also tried switching to the full tank. I think they are now installing a different regulator on CC.
Have any of you had any problems with this brand regulator?
