Question(s) for fellow owners

In your under belly storage, (below where typically the master bedroom is), do you guys have insulation between the metal floor studs?

The floor in our master bedroom is crazy cold at night - actually, the entire bedroom is freezing cold at night and I'm trying to diagnose it as the dealer can't seem to fix it.

They've had it 3 times now and have made various "fixes" to the heating system, but the airflow seems to be terrible in both the master bedroom and the bathroom.

I guess that leads to another related question then - should I feel any heat in the under belly storage?

Thanks gang, it's a little frustrating to buy a brand new rig and have problems right out of the gate.

Insulation

I don't have any insulation but the storage area is heated. You may want to check and see if yours has a heating vent under there.

I have rectangular ducting in the ceiling of the storage area, but no visible vent - where is yours?

I also forgot to ask - is the floor of your bedroom freezing at night?

I will get back to you with the duct configuration tomorrow. The camper has only been used one time and I don't recall it being cold.
