Randy-New RV questions

Newbie & appreciating your forbearance .... Ordered a 31RK Silverback last week .... so a bit committed at this point ..... New to RV camping and excited to receive the unit. Not a full timer. I was pretty settled on a 29RE after a good bit of research, while looking for an easily tow-able rig with enough room for my wife & I and a couple dogs. After looking at the various models "live", my wife really liked the 31RK floor plan. A little bit of buyers anxiety related to the rear kitchen set-up, as related to towin'. I'll be towing with a 2500 GMC short box. I'll have a slider, although not absolutely required. The pin weight is listed at a little over 2000, unloaded. My concerns are primarily around the weight distribution associated with the rear kitchen. The salesman assured me that the axle placement would provide for good towing weight distribution with the rear kitchen, while knowing this has been problematic in the past. Anybody out there with a 31RK (or newer rear kitchen designs) with experience??? Appreciate any & all help!

Have the same unit. TV is F-250. Have pulled it 9-10000 miles. No issues. Enjoy!
