Re-zeroing the Level Up system

Has anyone Re-zeroing their Level Up? Ours is a little off so I tried re-zeroing it this morning. I adjusted it manually to get it level. Then per the Level Up manual I pushed the on/off switch to off, pushed the front button 10 times, then the rear button 10 times and walla, nothing happens. The manual says it's supposed to beep and reset to zero. What am I missing?

Once you level it manually turn off and then turn back on and do procedure to start the re-zeroing process.

It works but it's a funky little dance to get right.

How do you keep the raising when you push the front button 10 times?

One note, I downloaded the Lippert Android app from the play store some time ago and it has verry good instructions on all of their products.

Comes in handy for stuff like this.

I found the timing of pushing the buttons matters also. I tried to deliberately hit the button 10 times but I guess I was a little slow. It only works when I hit the button 10 times fast... no pause....

Good luck!

This may be wrong for your system. What you did was per the manual so don't know why it failed. Sometimes our manuals leave out a vital step. Press on.

After you push the front 10 times and then rear 10 times you are supposed to press "Enter" button to set. See steps 4 and 5 below..

From the manual:
1. Manually run the jacks to level the unit. This is best achieved by placing a level in the center of the unit and leveling it both front to back and then side to side. (See “Basic Jack Operation” for instructions on how to manually operate the system).
2. Once the unit is level, turn off the touch pad.
3. With the touch pad off, press and release the “FRONT” button (Fig. 1G) ten (10) times and then press
and release the “REAR” button (Fig. 1J) ten (10) times.
4. The touch pad will flash and beep and the display will read “ZERO POINT CALIBRATION ENTER to set, Power to Exit” (Fig. 5).
5. To set the current position as the zero point, press the “ENTER” button (Fig. 1C).

Exactly what I did but it never beeps or says ZERO POINT CALIBRATION as stated in step 4.
Thanks for the input but like I said in the OP I have the manual.

Make sure the manual covers your model. FR delivered the wrong manuals with my Legacy. It wouldn't surprise me if you have the wrong manual as well.

OK, here is from the Lippert Component Manual that covers all components of the Lippert Frame, axles, slides and level up..

It is a little different in that it says to level after the 20 button presses..

Maybe the unit has to be un-level before you begin? Maybe if it is already level the system is thinking there is nothing to do... Just a thought.. Start out of level by raising the front..

ZERO SETTING THE CONTROL
NOTE: Middle stabilizers are not used in this process. 1. Turn “ON/OFF” button “OFF”
2. Push“FRONT”button10times,
3. Push “REAR” button 10 times
4. Control will flash and beep, LCD says “ZERO POINT CALIBRATE”
5. Manually operate the jacks to attain unit level condition (use carpenter’s level). 6. To memorize this level condition , press “ENTER”
7. LCDsays“ZEROPOINTSTABILITYSUCCESSFULLYSET”
8. The control will then turn off.
9. Turn “ON/OFF” on to commence operation.
