I will. I'll post a picture of the existing light hopefully sometime this morning to give everyone an idea of what I'm working with.

Here's one of those lights, minus the snap on cover. What you see is 3.5" in diameter.

What a POS!!!!!!!!
I'd pull them all and send them to the factory with a suggestive note.

Are these the same lights that are in the Cedar Creek? I haven't taken the cover off any of mine to see what they look like. Over a year and no problems. Mine came with a sheet that says they have a lifetime warranty.

Not sure, but I can only assume they are probably the same lights. The non-switched type look just like it, minus the little black push button. CC has no problem sending me some, over and over again. I had even got in touch with the supplier of the lights, and they are sending me one too. They are not made by "Bright Ideas LLC", just distributed by them. I requested the manufacturers info since it is not on the light itself, but never received any from the guy. Regardless if they can keep sending me replacements, changing them out gets old. I'd just rather get something more reliable. I'll look and see if there's a sheet on them in our pile of paperwork.

Thinking of replacing all of them with something like this. Easy to change a bulb, and switch if necessary.

You posted that you had one for another project, have you measured that one?

I ask because that looks kind of narrow and I wonder if it will be enough to cover the screw pattern of the ones you are replacing.

I'll measure when I get home. The one in that picture I just posted (the half pancake one) is a shade over 4 inches according to the site, so it'd be perfect.
