Replacement of light bulbs

I own a 2014 CC 36 CKTS. I need to replace a bulb over the dining room table. I removed the bulb but did not find any identifying marking on the bulb. Need some help!

post a pic of the bulb it may help,without knowing your trailer I couldn't tell without seeing the bulb.

That's why I replaced the sockets and bulbs with 1076 type 15d LED bulbs & sockets. You don't want incandescent bulbs there.

Completely agree that it appears to be a 921, although it is a little hard to tell the length from the picture.

One thing to consider is replacing with an LED. They use a ton less energy and seem to be a brighter more natural light. I replaced all of my bulbs with LED equivalents. Now I can turn on every light in the TT and the convertor fan doesn't even run.

The LEDs will last much, much longer too.

I found good prices for LEDs on Amazon. Just search 921 LED replacement.

Just search on Ebay for a "921 LED Bulb" for a replacement. It will have a "T10" wedge base. Shop around and try to find one that is at least 200 lumens in brightness and either a "warm white" color which is a soft light or a "natural/bright white" which may be a little too bright in some cases. Prices vary so look around. Anywhere from .50 each to over $5.00 each. Check the length to make sure it will fit. Some will be like a flat disk with around 20 LEDs on the surface or some will be cylindrical with the LEDs mounted around the outside. A dome light replacement is usually not too critical in length.

Get rid of those filament bulbs, they get to hot and use a lot of power.

You need to be careful on the brightness comments. LED's use less power, which is a good thing when off the grid, but their brightness, more times than not, will be dimmer. You need to pay attention to the SMD chips (little yellow/white things) on the board. Currently there are three sizes of SMD's. The higher the number designation for the SMD, the more visible light it will emit. Multiply that by the number on the board, and the direction of light emmited, determines perceived visible light. One more point, there are two light designations commonly used, warm and bright. If you read up on this site and others you will get a quick education, if you decide to jump to LED.

I bought these cause i just needed one for my stove hood light, the rest of my lights came led from factory. I like this paddle style, gives a nice bright warm light. Ill update this with the dimensions of it.

I have been changing all of my incandescent with LEDs when ever possible. My trailers over the years have had leds' Huge savings on voltage/amperage draw when you consider dry camping. I have carried that principal to my landscape lighting at my home as well. Less wattage means lower electric bills. This is especially true when you have to live in the expensive northeast. My build sources are usually Amazon or Ebay. I try to go with warm light as opposed to bright white. The light is not as harsh and appears to be more inviting and relaxing.

I have put lots of these in. At least as bright as the 921s, and have a nice warm color to them. Not super white like some LEDs

We have a 2014 cc 36 ckts we replaced all the bulbs that weren't already led with led lights.
Including the outside. Bought them on amazon they are cheaper. I had to "shave"off a little wih the Dremel so they would fit on the fixtures over the table and over the sink.
Did it for energy conservation!
