Incorrect programming would explain it. Never going to be exact but probably should be closer.

What is the make and model of the batteries?

Is that two 12 volt batteries? What does a 12 volt battery with that much amp cost?

It is actually 4 - 6-Volt GC135 Golf Cart Batteries... 2 sets in series (226 AmpHours) and those two sets in parallel which gives the total 452 Amp Hours.

I plan to put in another bank of batteries, which will give me 8 6 volt batteries. I also plan to put in one or more solar panels on camper. I like to dry camp some and you can save some money on campground. But DW has to be happy and that takes a/c power, batteries, solar or generator

8 6 volts - that's a lot of weight. I looked at the Lithium batteries but way pricey (about 1300 for 180 Amps).

You might look at adding the solar before you add more batteries, by using solar for your daytime energy usage and constant daytime charging you may find you don't need as large a battery bank. Especially if you have a gen backup for when it rains or you need the a/c.
