Residential Refrigerator Question

Ok I give up. Have been trying to figure out this afternoon how to turn the water on for the refrigerator. I have a 38rd and know there must be a shutoff valve somewhere but have not been able to find it. The ice maker and the water dispenser will not dispense water.

Anyone had this same problem? Coach is new so I presume that the dealer did not turn the valve on. I called the dealer service department but have not heard back from them.

Not familiar with your unit, but on the 38FL there is a push type valve directly under the slide out where the refrigerator is positioned. Tough to see unless you are looking for it.

Good luck,
Don

Thanks all found the valve. Not where I expected it to be. Yet was able to get it on and now have water and Ice in the refrigerator.

Good that you found it.

Shhhhh, don't tell anyone where you found it, keep it a secret.

Hehe yeah it was just in front of the slide blue water piping with the low point drain extended below the valve on top. Must push to turn on and pull to turn off. You can see the small water tubbing leaving the valve in flex housing and disappears in the frame going up to the refrigerator.

Valve location

I have a 2016 cedar creek cottage CCK and thought the valve would be underneath the fridge's location on the slide out. The valve was actually located on the opposite end of the slide out about 12 feet away from where the fridge is located inside the cottage.

Have a 2015 38RD also - just pulled it 3 days. Saw the valve while looking around underneath. Haven't turned it on - as I'm concerned about winterizing it. Guess you would just pump antifreeze thru water line and ice maker.

That's what they did To mine when the dealer winterized it last winter , ran antifreeze through both , just make sure you remove the filter inside the fridge if you install it (don't have too)
