Rubber roof sealent

Have a 2012 Creek and I am wondering if it is necessary to seal the roof this year? The camper has been used 30 nights this year and is stored indoors when not camping, if every other year is suitable that would be fine or if it should be done this year that would work also. Thx

All you have to do is inspect it twice a year looking for any cracks in the caulking or sealant. Since you store your trailer indoors it will probably be years before you really need to do any maintenance. With so little outdoor exposure you will probably only need to clean your roof once a year. I mix some dawn dishwashing liquid in a bucket of water and use a very soft brush to clean the roof. The roof gets very slippery when soapy so always be careful.

Mine is stored outdoors without a cover and under a tree.

My roof maintenance is a bit more complicated and I also UV treat once a year to keep the EDPM from chalking.

We also store outside with no cover. What UV treatement do you use on your roof? And what do you clean it with? Our TT will get a thorough cleaning at the end of the season and I'd like to have all the stuff I need on hand. Rv Digest-It, roof sealer, etc.

Thanks for your help!
