I am so glad I live in Arkansas, we don't have to have anything inspected here

I recently had to do the same last week and I went to Texas Department of Safety and found their site that list all inspection sites according to your zip code, city, or county, and a mile radius of your selection, very user friendly. Just look for your endorsement (TL Trailer Certificate ) after your results are shown, done.

Below is the link and I hope it helps out.

With Blessings

Keep in mind, that 7,500lbs is gross weight, not title weight. I have a car hauler that weighs 4,600lbs empty. So technically, if I have a car of 3,000lbs in it, I need an inspection. It would take a real nit picker and a lot of research for a cop to figure that out, but just be aware.
