Scuff marks on slide out inside wall

I have a 2015 Silverback 33IK. There are what look like scuff marks in the wall next to the dinning table and beside the recliner. I think that the grand-kids might have been throwing their tennis shoes and it rubbed the dark brown finish off of the wall or in this case erased the dye off. The wall is not cut, just the white color under the brown showing. Has anyone tried to repair problems with their walls? I tried to contact Cedar Creek Service but they have not gotten back to me, yet.
With the wealth of knowledge on these forums I bet someone will have an answer for me.

I would look to get a Color Eye scan of the wall and have some matching paint mixed to touch it up. Otherwise you may have to re-cover the entire wall.

I received a reply Henry Sears at Forest River. He sent the email below. I'll keep you posted as to how it works out.

Thank you for contacting Forest River, Inc.

I consulted with my parts department and they stated you can order wood color putty/stain for this that will correct the issue. You can order this through any authorized Forest River, Inc dealer. You will find a list of dealers nearest you at Forest River RV Dealer Locator - Forest River, Inc.. The part number to order this is, 30I69376A.

Hate it when this stuff happens! They use products that are bulk quantity and hard to replicate!! Bite the challenge and order the stuff through a dealer. 😒.
More STUFF will happen over time. The price we pay for being mobile and having grandkids.

I have a Harley Davidson. You can only get certain stuff through their dealers as well 😖 $$$$$.
